Baking jams are jams specially customised for oven baking of biscuits, cookies and other bakery products. These jams do not easily get burnt while being baked in the oven. The baking jam that we sell can withstand 250°C in the oven for 15 minutes.
There are four types of baking jams:
a) Topping Jam (jam is on the surface of the cookie)
b) Filling Jam (jam inside the cookie)
c) Sandwich Jam (jam in between two pieces of cookies)
d) Bread Filling Jam (jam inside bread)
